Refunds are NOT applicable once the product has been delivered and the delivery personnel has left.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please report it immediately at the time of delivery to the rider or reach out to our support team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel (with photo/video proof).

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of style, or personal preferences after delivery.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange is only applicable within 3 days of delivery.

You may exchange the item with another product of equal or more value.

If the desired product is of higher value, you may pay the price difference to proceed with the exchange.
